Robertson Engineering

This is a project I took on as a gift for my father, who recently started his own civil engineering company. I knew I wanted his logo to represent both "civil" and "engineering", so I considered both aspects in the design. The final logo design contains the spokes of a gear, which represents engineering and also looks like 6 seats around a circular table, emphasizing the most important aspect of engineering: communication. The water inside the gear represents "civil". 

For the business card, I ended up going with a simple wave design to separate the logo and contact information. For the back, I put the company name below the logo, and for the front I aligned it to the left, adjusting size and spacing for a cohesive look.
