This is a school project in which we had to make and print a package design for an existing brand, if they were to make a new product. I chose the sodastream brand Bubly, and chose to explore if they used their brand to sell bubble bath bombs. I started by sketching out some ideas for the packaging, as well as assembling a simple moodboard.
I then designed a poster to help get the colors and overall asthetic right. After I was satisfied with that, I began making the packaging design in Illustrator. I used a template so I'd know how the design would look once printed. Several changes were made between the poster and final packaging design; for instance I chose a much more bubbly font in the end.
After I was satisfied with the packaging design, all that was left was to print it, assemble it with glue, and take some photos!
